In the years between 1997 and 2007 some circumstances in Asylum Hill had changed and much had been learned. And so from 2007 to 2009 a Strategic Planning Committee, consisting mostly of AHNA board members with the assistance of several outside consultants, drafted a revised Strategic Plan. It was approved by Hartford Court of Common Council in October of 2010.
